Process Control

Through these stringent quality control steps, we not only ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards but also effectively reduce waste and defect rates in the production process, thereby improving production efficiency and lowering costs. At the same time, this allows us to promptly identify and resolve potential quality issues, ensuring the reliability and consistency of our products. This, in turn, enhances customer trust and satisfaction, ultimately achieving long-term cooperation and mutual success with our clients.

We have implemented a comprehensive RoHS-compliant product management system, ensuring rigorous control at every stage—from supplier management to final product shipment. Dedicated control positions, such as IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, are established to maintain these standards.

Our QA/QC department conducts stringent quality control on all incoming materials, spare parts, and throughout the entire production process, ensuring the highest quality for every product. Over 10% of our workforce comprises skilled QC engineers, reflecting our commitment to excellence in quality assurance.

Employee Training

Safewell places great emphasis on employee training and development. Before starting their roles, every employee undergoes comprehensive training and must pass an exam to be certified for their position. They are trained not only to master the operations of their own processes but also to understand the upstream and downstream processes, allowing them to perform the first stage of product inspection during their workflow. Through continuous learning and improvement, our employees excel in their roles, delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Additionally, we encourage our staff to participate in external training programs and certification exams, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry or are motivated to stay ahead.

Salt spray testing is a method used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials or products in a salt spray environment. By simulating the conditions of a marine environment or industrial atmosphere containing salt spray, this test can accelerate the corrosion process of materials, helping to predict their durability under actual usage conditions. Salt spray testing is commonly used to assess the corrosion resistance of coatings, paints, varnishes, and electroplated layers on metal materials. We offer different testing methods based on your product requirements, such as ISO 9227, ASTM B117, and ISO 12944-6.

CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is a commonly used device in automated inspection. It measures the dimensions, positions, and shapes of parts with high precision by using probes (contact, scanning, or optical non-contact) to touch or scan the surface of the workpiece. CMM inspection provides very detailed and accurate dimensional data, reduces the time and labor costs associated with manual inspection, and improves production efficiency.
